Participation in Kids Tiaras programs is subject to:

• • Completion of registration forms with accurate information
• • Payment of applicable fees by specified deadlines
• • Adherence to program rules and codes of conduct
• • Parental or guardian consent for participants under 18
• • Compliance with all safeguarding policies

All participants, parents, and guardians agree to:

• • Treat all staff, volunteers, and participants with respect and dignity
• • Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying
• • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• • Maintain appropriate behavior at all Kids Tiaras events and activities
• • Respect the rights and wellbeing of other participants

Kids Tiaras reserves the right to remove participants from programs for violations of this code of conduct without refund.

• All fees are non-refundable unless Kids Tiaras cancels the program

• Late payment may result in loss of participation opportunity

• Additional costs may apply for optional activities, uniforms, or travel

• Fee changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice

By registering for Kids Tiaras programs, you grant permission for:

• • Photography and videography during events and activities
• • Use of images for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures)
• • Sharing of achievement information (with parental consent for minors)

You may opt out of photography by notifying Kids Tiaras in writing at registration.

• Kids Tiaras maintains public liability insurance for all activities

• Participants engage in activities at their own risk

• Kids Tiaras is not liable for injuries resulting from participant misconduct or failure to follow instructions

• Parents/guardians are responsible for medical costs not covered by insurance

Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Kids Tiaras reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
