Founder
Tinah Lughano
Founder & Executive Director
Tinah founded Kids Tiaras in 2013 after recognising the need to intentionally build children's confidence from an early age.
What began as one mother's desire to help her daughter discover confidence has grown into a child development ecosystem serving children, families and schools through leadership development, talent discovery, life coaching, performing arts, environmental education and international learning opportunities.
Her vision continues to guide every programme developed under Kids Tiaras.
