Over the years, that dream has grown into a child development and talent empowerment ecosystem, impacting thousands of children through leadership, talent development, performing arts, environmental education, international learning and life coaching.
Our journey has never been about growing bigger.
It has always been about helping more children discover who they were created to become.

Walking Through Our History
Every milestone in the Kids Tiaras journey represents children whose lives were transformed, parents who believed in our mission, schools that opened their doors, and partners who chose to invest in the next generation.
From seven children in our very first event to an ecosystem serving families across Kenya and beyond, each chapter reminds us that meaningful change begins one child at a time.

Year by Year
A Dream Takes Its First Step
Kids Tiaras was born.
Our very first event welcomed only seven children at a small venue along Kiambu Road.
It was a leap of faith driven by one belief: every child deserves the opportunity to build confidence.
Building Trust
As more families joined the journey, parents began sharing remarkable stories of children becoming more confident, expressive and willing to participate in school activities.
Those early testimonies became the foundation of everything that followed.
Confidence Beyond Competition
A new vision emerged.
The Eco Project Presentation category was introduced to encourage children to think about environmental conservation from an early age.
This marked the beginning of integrating leadership and social responsibility into every Kids Tiaras programme.
Coaching the Whole Child
Kids Tiaras held its first five-day confidence coaching programme before the annual competition.
Every child received a personal workbook and participated in structured leadership and confidence-building sessions.
The same year, children represented Kenya internationally for the first time at a competition in Greece.
It was proof that Kenyan children could confidently compete on the global stage.
Sweden Changed Everything
A Kids Tiaras participant reached the finals of the Children's Climate Prize in Sweden with an innovative recycling project.
During the journey home, a new dream was born.
Green Kids Awards.
A platform where Kenyan children could present environmental solutions, innovation and climate action ideas while inspiring communities to care for the planet.
Growing a Movement
More schools, parents and communities embraced the vision.
Kids Tiaras expanded beyond annual competitions into continuous child development programmes that nurtured confidence throughout the year.
Becoming a Certified Coach
To better serve children and families, our founder became a Certified Level 2 Kids Life Coach.
This strengthened Kids Tiaras' commitment to structured coaching, emotional wellbeing and leadership development.
When Movement Became a Language
As children returned after the pandemic, dance became one of the most powerful tools for rebuilding confidence, expression and connection.
Demand for quality dance training increased dramatically.
Schools also began requesting structured extracurricular programmes, leading to rapid growth in school partnerships.
Growing Through Schools
The Schools Clubs Programme expanded significantly, introducing dance, leadership, chess, skating, cookery, taekwondo and other enrichment activities into schools.
Kids Tiaras was no longer simply organising events.
It had become an educational partner.
Building Stronger Pathways
Programmes became more structured, partnerships grew stronger and preparations began for expanding internationally while introducing more specialised child development opportunities.
Preparing for the Future
The organisation strengthened its systems, technology and programmes while laying the foundation for a fully connected digital ecosystem that would support children, parents, schools and partners.
A New Chapter Begins
Royal International Dance Competition introduced Level Two and international workshops, expanding opportunities for dancers to learn from global experts.
Music workshops were also introduced, creating an even broader platform for artistic development.
Meanwhile, Talent Identity Assessment was developed to help parents understand their children's natural strengths, learning styles and future potential.
Looking Ahead
Our journey is only beginning.
We envision Kids Tiaras reaching one billion children through innovative programmes that develop confidence, leadership, creativity, environmental responsibility and global citizenship.
We dream of a future where tomorrow's leaders proudly say,

How Each Programme Was Born
Little Miss & Mr Kenya
The programme that started everything.
Created to help children develop confidence through positive competition, leadership, talent showcase and environmental responsibility.
Schools Clubs Programme
Born from schools asking for Kids Tiaras programmes beyond competitions.
Today it brings quality extracurricular learning directly into schools.
Royal International Dance Competition
Created after recognising the growing passion for dance among Kenyan children.
It provides a professional platform where dancers learn, perform and compete while building discipline, creativity and confidence.
Tr. Tii Kids Life Coach
Developed after discovering that confidence could be intentionally taught.
This programme equips children with life skills, leadership, emotional intelligence and resilience.
International Skills Development Tours
Created to expose children to international learning experiences, workshops, cultural exchange and global opportunities while developing independence and leadership.
Every tour combines specialised skills training with educational excursions and cultural experiences.
Talent Identity Assessment
Developed after years of parents asking one question:
"How do I discover my child's natural talent?"
The assessment helps families understand each child's strengths, personality, learning style and development pathway.
Green Kids Awards
Born during a flight home from Sweden.
Created to give children a platform to present innovative environmental solutions and become champions of climate action across Africa.
Global Journey
Across the World
From Kenya to Greece, Sweden, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, South Africa, Spain and beyond, Kids Tiaras continues to create opportunities that expose children to new cultures, global learning experiences and lifelong friendships.
